My experience spans industries including fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, innovation, and private equity.

I think like a business leader and intentionally design people strategies that are targeted to support the priorities of the business. I have a proven track record of developing strong partnerships with business leaders that serve as a keystone to our collaborative success. I have a methodical approach to my work using frameworks to analyze, communicate, activate critical thinking and drive decision making with velocity.

I've supported both corporate entities and startups (pre-seed+) in their growth. My contributions have been to organizations such as Cintas, Worldpay, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and 1848 Ventures. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University and master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. I have a Master's Certificate from Cornell University in Strategic Human Resources and am a certified HCI Strategic HR Business Partner and Decisionwise 360 Feedback Coach.

Lifelong Northern Cincinnatian, my husband Bill and I have four kids between the two of us (Will, Madilyn, Maeryn, & Eliot). Our home is also ruled by four lovable King Charles Cavaliers—Charles, Frankie Chanel, Archibald, and Everett. Passionate about giving back, I stay active in my community through the Boy Scouts, Mason City Schools, and the VA Medical Center.
